The phone was spotted on the Samsung Thailand websites.

It only costs Bt 12,900. In Indian currency, it is around Rs 25,000. The official release date of the smartphone is September 15, so the early shipping is really a nice surprise. What's different is the dual camera setup that Samsung has offered at this price point.
